This policy explains what Sparform collects, why, and the choices you have.

Your video stays on your phone

Pose analysis runs on your device. Your video, frames and images are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Only numeric pose metrics (for example, average guard height) and the scores we calculate from them are sent to our server and stored, so you can keep your score history.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and your plan.
• Scores and metrics: the numeric pose metrics, scores and tips for each analysis, and how many analyses you used today.
• Technical and marketing data: device and browser information, your approximate location (country), and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and Meta click IDs) from the link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To show your scores and workouts, sign you in, run subscriptions and provide support.
• To measure and improve our ads and the app, including with the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland (and where we cannot tell your location), we only use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API after you accept cookies. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can opt out in the cookie notice.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments. It receives your email and payment details; we never see your full card number.
• Meta receives events such as page views and sign-ups, and may receive a hashed email, to measure advertising, only as described above.
• Hosting and email providers help us run the service and sign you in.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing measurement, by emailing support@sparform.com. Residents of California and other US states may have additional rights, and we honor valid requests.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it. We use reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Sparform is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
